Sear meats and cook with even heat using the infrared burner under the hearth. A burner at the back gives you oven-like performance through indirect heat. Add wood to the back and sides for a unique smoky taste you won't forget.
This residential is for outdoor use only. By why would you wont to cook any other way. Available in either natural gas or propane options and must be designated as NG or LP gas unit at the time of order. Because it can't be retrofitted in the field.
