But two of the standout features Fire Magic has are the Diamond Sear Grids and the Magic View Window -- both of which are absent in Lynx Grills.
The Diamond Sear grids have a smooth flat top, increasing surface contact with the meat and making heat transfer more effective. As for Lynx, the cooking grates have a traditional cylindrical shape.

The best grill we’ve tested from Fire Magic is the Echelon Black Diamond H790i. If you want to impress your guests at a cookout, the black porcelain-coated finish of this grill will surely do the job.
Then again, function and features will still be the deciding factor, and the H790i delivers in that aspect. It has cast stainless E burners that generate 96,000 BTUs and a quantum backburner that produces 13,000 BTUs.
The Diamond Sear cooking grids are a standout, providing more surface contact and therefore allowing food to cook faster. The Flavor Grids further help with even heat distribution. With these two workings together, you’ll achieve steakhouse-quality food every time.
This mid-sized grill has 1080 square inches of cooking space, including the warming rack. And if you want to see your food as it sizzles over the grill, the magic view window allows you to do so.
For grillers who prefer a freestanding option, the Fire Magic E1060s is a great grill. It’s actually one of the largest freestanding grills in the market, making it perfect for serving large crowds. If you’re expecting a lot of people at your BBQ parties, this grill can take on the challenge.
Much like the H790i, the E1060s has Diamond Sear Grids, Flavor Grids, and cast stainless steel E burners. Its main burners are powerful with a 112,000 BTU rating, while the infrared quantum backburner has a 22,000 BTU rating.
And if that’s not enough for you, there’s a 15,000-BTU double side burner for more meat or side dishes [1]. With all this cooking surface plus a warming rack, whipping up a large feast is easy.
This grill also has two storage drawers, fold-down shelves, towel and tool holders, and an optional magic view window if you want to see your food as it cooks.
If you’re just cooking for a few people, the Fire Magic E660i is a compact grill that serves this purpose well. But despite the smaller size, it still has the standard Fire Magic features such as the Diamond Sear Grids and Flavor Grids.
The cast stainless steel burners generate 75,000 BTUs, while the recessed quantum backburner produces 11,000 BTUs. There’s also a spacious 660-square inch cooking surface, along with a 288-square inch warming rack which you can use for light cooking as well.
If you like smoked meats, there’s an included charcoal smoker basket that makes it easy to achieve authentic smoky flavors.
Using this compact grill was a breeze, especially with the internal lights that illuminate the grilling area at night. So if you’re cooking for just a few friends but want to do it in style, the Fire Magic E660i is a reliable backyard companion just like having a dependable DIY pizza oven at home.
